I always try to shop organic so I really love this product and the glass bottle is brilliant, both for the product and the environment. I take a spoonful a day in my coffee and often another just straight, theres no taste to it and I haven’t had any stomach issues (which I have in the past with other brands). This is definitely a premium MCT oil and I can really feel the benefits of using it.

I’ve been using MCT oil for over a year to help improve my memory and it’s definitely helping me!:) start slowly with 1 teaspoon a day for a week then 2 for the next then 3 etc I now add just over 3 desert spoons to my cereals and can’t taste it but I can definitely feel the difference. I find it much easier to remember words. Plus this is Organic and in a glass bottle … hugely recommend

Really good quality. The packaging is really nice and i like that it comes in a glass bottle and that the oil is organic. The oil tastes good. I’ve cooked with it and put some in a coffee so far. Would definitely recommend it.

I really really like this MCT oil. I have tried other brands but always come back to this one.I use it for almost everything as the taste doesn’t mask any flavour... for baking sweet potatoes and veg, for stir-fry’s, for salad dressing and even in my coffee. Excellent
