amscan Light Up Wizard Staff Costume Accessory, Adults and Teens 56 1/2"

Fit perfect with my Halloween costume. Lights up nice and looks real good. It is not as sturdy as I would like but does the job required.

I know this wasn’t marketed as a toy, but we purchased it for my son who loves staffs and liked the idea of having one with a light at the end. This thing is NOT meant for any sort of use. The plastic is very flimsy and it compressed when I was screwing the pieces together. The weight of the top of the staff (where the light is) is barely supported by the staff itself.

Great costume prop. Comes in 2 pieces that easily connect. Globe at top lights up. Yes, batteries are included. However, it is plastic and a prop so i wouldnt put weight on it. A lil pricey but was last minute order and great fun. Staff was a hit on Halloween.

I have received this item, I have seen a lot of negative reviews about this item gets damaged. I know why, I do work in shipping and receiving dept. This item came in a big box with the staff being very loose inside without padding and not sturdy. Mine luckily came out in great condition and the light works great.But the whole staff is very Fragile so please be caution with this item. All in all, the Staff is very great and fragile. But the packaging needs to be improved so please ship this item with care so we wont have any negative reviews, Thank you...

OK, usually I always read reviews before I buy.. the ONE TIME I didn't and I regret every second! It is absurdly cheaply made and should only cost $10-15, not $30. And mine doesn't even light up properly! At least others seemed to get it to light up. The light turns on, but the on/off switch needs to be constantly pushed up or it won't stay on. After you push the switch up it moves back down by only like a centimeter, but it's enough that whatever connectors are in there to turn the light on don't connect and it immediately turns off again. I can't even get the battery cover off to look inside and see anything. I unscrewed the screws fine, but the cover itself wouldn't budge. PIECE OF JUNK! DO NOT BUY!Edit: OK well I'm going to increase it to 2 stars because we finally managed to get the light to turn on and stay on, so that's something I guess. It still doesn't meet my expectations though overall.

Great price

The staff was shaped like a crescent moon right out of the box. It was difficult to put the two pieces together because they were warped and the plastic screw that holds them together didn’t align properly. Will not support any weight at all, I wouldn’t even put it on a wall to display because I would be afraid it fall and break apart. It fell apart into pieces within minutes of holding it. A waste of time and money.
