does the job
Arrived on time. easy to assemble but be aware, like a lot of electricals for a wide market this needed a seperately sourced plug, though wiring diagram is attached to cable. once placed in water (never run out of water or motor WILL be damaged !) plug in and enjoy choose pump power to suit pool size, for reference i got a 700 pump that while woking , really is suited idealy to a smaller pond. Not good at working out volmes? my pond is fairly oval and the water is 7ft wide by 5ft across by 3ft deep roughly, the 700 copes but is ideal for a pond maybe half that, if you have a pond that size i would suggest either the next size up or maybe 2 sizes up, picking the wrong size was down to me.

Reliable stops my pond from freezing and provides good water flow.
This pump has been working non stop protecting my pond from freezing completely. I've not had to clean it yet but the process looks really simple. Only gripe is it can be hard to position with a small base. Needs to be wider.

Can you get new fountain heads
I’ve had this fountain for over twelve months and have found it value for money but I’ve lost the spare heads, can you buy new ones?

Perfect
The media could not be loaded. We’ve just relocated our pond and this water fountain is perfect. Easy to install - great fun was had by me watching my husband try all the different spray types while the pump was running

This was easy to install. Has good water flow and quite a powerful fountain

11 Months and Gone
This fountain was great when it was purchased. But then it was switched off during the winter months and when i went back to switch back on this spring it has not come on. Item has been cleaned, fuse checked - but the item has completely failed. I contacted the manufacturers and they had a list of checks which were carried out. Plus photo's etc.Then they wanted me to strip the item completely and put a magnet to the impeller - no way of getting anywhere near that part as the unit inside the casing is sealed and no way to open it or see the impeller.Long story short amazon ended up providing a return label and refunding me for the unit. Great service by amazon and poor from the manufacturers.The unit isn't built to last longer than a year i suppose.

Good pump.
Got the 950. Good pump for the price with a good length of cable, somewhat adjustable height and 4 spray inserts. The dome one is nice and can be made bigger or smaller depending how much to screw the insert in. The pump could do with being a bit heavier at the bottom. Doesn’t come with a plug so you’ll need to buy one separate.
