Where’s the plant food?
Plant arrived healthy and beautiful. Only problem is the packet of plant food/ fertilizer that is stated in the description is not in the box

Arrived in PERFECT condition
My plant arrived in PERFECT condition. I have ordered many plants by mail, but this one by far arrived in the most healthy condition of any that I have bought. It was also much larger than I thought that it would be. I am very pleased with this purchase and will definitely buy again from this merchant!

Bug bites!!!
I am so disappointed, I received my tree today. First of all I get home and box is laying on its side. I open the box, and the tree leaves are all eaten up with bug bites. So disappointed 😞 . I wouldn't even give this a one but it's required to give them something.

Good, sturdy packaging. Product delivered a couple of days ahead of schedule. Happy, healthy plant arrived and is ready to plant in its permanent home.

Packaged well but had signs of insects.
Had some nibbles on the leaves like something had a taste before it got to me. It was packaged well though. Hopefully whatever was eating it doesn’t stick around.
