Q: Can anyone send me setup directions, i misplaced mine and havent set it up in a couple months

We never used setup directions just laid everything out and put together

Q: what is the product dimension when shipping?

Im not sure but the box says 50lbs, Haven't opened it yet

Q: Did all the positive reviewers use duct tape and/or perfect weather? There is such a difference in user experiences.

It went together fine. One big breeze was too much. Duct tape saved the day. The plastic connectors can't take it. They stuck many extra connectors in, so they seem to be aware of the problem.
