Easily the best B12 folate I have found. Having been diagnosed with MTHFR2 years ago I’ve been on a constant search to reduce anxiety and promote good brain health. This is by far the best product I have tested out of at least 10, and the price is quite reasonable for what you get.

Raised my B12 without the synthetic form in the “shot”. Would recommend this for anyone else with issues. I have kidney problems, so the synthetic form should not be taken per Harvard studies.

I’ve been taking B vitamins for several years because I’m vegetarian and sometimes vegan, and those are some of the harder vitamins to get without meat. I switched to this brand because I was having tons of issues being low energy, no matter how much I slept, and my friend recommended these as a much more efficient vitamin. So, I took them for a few months — turns out they *are* very potent, so much that I developed a cobalt allergy ! Turns out, some people develop an allergy (for me, it was mystery hives, every evening as my Allegra slowly wore off, all over my body — took me about 3 months to develop and another 3 months to figure out it was the supplement, not a food or detergent allergy) to the cobalt used to deliver B12 in most supplements. It usually happens when it’s more B12 than you need, so please keep up with your bloodwork &just ask your doctor what they think before you add something this potent! That said, if you’re very low in B12, this should kick you back into shape :)

I love that this brand values quality ingredients and doesn’t use cheap fillers. It’s a good value for the money.
