Brilliant machine which is saving us money already as my husband had a tendency to boil a full kettle for only a cup of tea, now it’s a measured amount of water available immediately. Comments re the temperature not being hot enough but surely this would depend on how much milk is added. We find this hot enough for us.Love the fact that the machine informs me when I need to change filter, add water if not enough to dispense and when to cleanNot as big as was suggested by other reviews as it fits very neatly on our worktop

Great product, so easy to use and clean. Worth every penny.

Before buying I was concerned that the 95 Degrees max heat was not hot enough for a normal cup of tea. I was right the tea does not end up quite hot enough but still drinkable. That said it is a very nice compact machine easy to use and being able to get my filtered water as easy as going to a tap is great. The variable temperatures are also a hit for herbal teas and instant coffee. Overall I do not regret buying it.

The media could not be loaded. Unbelievably good. The only issue is the constant pressing of the lock button before usage, but I guess that's a child safety issue. Other than that, this is the best item I've bought, water wise. I've retired my kettle.

Incredibly disappointed. I really wanted this water dispenser to work out. The big 4 litre water holder is fantastic, but unfortunately two weeks in the water is coming out cloudy and three weeks later (bought this product middle of February) it’s asking the cartridge to be replaced. This maybe a one off faulty product, but there are improvements to be made: the constant need to press the child lock button, the flow of the water is slow and thin, there’s no temperature signs just a thermometer. Some may say these points are a small price to pay to stop with water bottles and I would agree but then the quality of water is so poor, it just tasted like tap water and if I’m being honest that was from day 1 and yes I did install everything correctly it’s not difficult, I just wanted it to work out, so I gave it a chance but just did not live up to expectations.

Completely unintuitive and overcomplicated interface.The kettle locks itself up after 60 seconds, and will not work unless you perform a special gesture to unlock it.This makes it unsuitable for shared spaces like offices, unless you like teaching everybody the secret handshake needed to turn the kettle on.The indicators are misleading - there's amount of water to dispense is displayed as a percentage of a cup, but it dispenses more than a cup of water! To get a full 250ml cup, you need to set the machine to "half" of a cup.Apart from needing to read a manual to operate a kettle, and the child lock that gets in the way of turning it on, it's okay.It's quiet. It starts dripping hot water immediately, so the tea starts brewing right away.The cup stand feels precariously tall, but can be removed.
