Excellent value, excellent performance!
So far so great. Very easy to start up and connect to the internet. Lightweight. Performs extremely well. Excellent value for the money. One caveat - mine is silver and so is the color of all of the keys, with no contrast, so I had to buy one of those silicone keyboard covers, which solved the problem with little expense. Great buy!

Surprisingly Good
Works super well. Quicker than expected for such a cheap laptop. Only issue I have is pairing the earbuds it came with. Have not been able to get them to connect. But I’m also not the most tech savvy person so that’s why I won’t dock stars for it. Plus my son loves that the ear buds light up blue and red. Very impressed with the laptop. I didn’t have a ton of money to spend and this feels worth it so far.

Laptop ok, accessories damaged from shipping
The laptop itself is alright, but the accessories came damaged. This wasn't a reason to return/refund the entire order. It was just annoying to see shards of the broken sd card case floating around inside the box.

It’s not a touchscreen, but it does what it supposed to do
It’s awesome very small compact not too heavy not too big very lightweight. It’s a good deal. It does everything that I wanted to do. I can carry it around and it’s not a problem. I love it. I recommend this product.

Easy startup, quick responses, and great for the price!
This little gem started up right away, quick and easy. I've been using a Mac pro for years and not looking forward to learning a Microsoft one. But I've adapted to it rather easily. The touch pad is VERY sensitive so you only need to touch very lightly. I'm happy i bought this one, and it's so affordable you can't beat the quality and functionality for this price.

Borderline unusable
This computer is garbage.The laptop itself and the charger block get BURNING HOT as soon as you start it up.It's incredibly slow and freezes up into a black screen ever few minutes. Trying to get a refund.

beautiful and sleek
I bought a new computer because my old Dell was destroyed in a fire. I haven't had a computer for a couple of years. I'm getting used to using one again. I purchased the white model frankly because it cost less than the other colors. I am glad that I did. I have always had problems reading the designations on the sides of the laptops that I have had. N0 eyestrain here. The performance is everything I hoped it would be. Fast, efficient. Windows 11 is fantastic.

Impossible to See Silver Printing on Silver Keys
Computer is fantastic except for one major design flaw: The silver printing on silver keys makes it nearly impossible to see the letters under certain (most) lighting conditions. Other than that, this is a great product.
