Makes Breakfast Your Favorite Meal
Not only is this a superior, appropriately bitter Indian marmalade, it also requires refrigeration after opening as do most marmalades made in the Indian temperature is ideal for this near-perfect marmalade, shipped with ample packaging to prevent dents in the lid that can allow sticky seepage. Just be careful to avoid using the same knife as used to butter your toast. (Butter inadvertently mixed into the marmalade can give rise to mold.) Otherwise, spread this unrefrigerated marmalade to your heart's content and savor with unmitigated pleasure. It makes breakfast my favorite meal.
