Quality is good nice burst of energy tastes nice last a while so good value for money. Seems fairly effective. Last thoughtout a hour workout keeps energy levels going

I wanted a pre workout without creatine, and this definitely works. The watermelon flavour tastes pretty nasty though.

Thought i would try a pre workout powder and I’m surprised that since using over the past month my results in the gym have been increasing no matter what I’ve been lifting.The powder mixes really well and taste nice also you do get a bit of a tingling sensation but its only shortly after consuming and soon goes away .Will definitely purchase again.

This is the weirdest pre workout that I've ever tried, personally I wouldn't recommend taking a full scoop, this pre-workout could send you straight to the cardiologist and it wouldn't improve your training performance at all, I've been taking pre workouts for 21 years and I'm a fitness professional, I can't stress enough that you shouldn't take a full scoop, I take just a third or less because I don't want to throw it away, it's not very effective when it comes to training performance.

best pre workout you can buy for literally £15. you WILL NOT find better doses for even £20something, let alone £15, recommend this to all my boys
