The material is good quality cotton and very elastic, but it is truly for compression. I bought it to protect a midline catheter in my bicep. It was much too tight to use for that. I am 6'4" and 240 lbs with only average muscle - not heavilt muscled by any means. If you use this for compression only, it will work fine on forearms.The material could work on slim legs for compression.

This is a soft tape that is pre-perforated for easy tearing. Segments that allow you to tear off exactly how much you want. Getting them in a 3-pack makes it affordable too. The 2” size makes it fit really well too.

Only works for arms or super skinny legs like kids legs

Adhesive is very irritating for my skin. With the tubular bandage I put a piece of gauze on the wound and cut off a length off his bandage and put it on. Very comfortable and washable. I usually wash by hand because the ends unravel in the washer and dryer.
