Yes, this floating hand grip could fit out your gopro hero 10 camera's waterproof housing/frame that has 2 fingers.

Can it go as deep as the hero 8 with out water getting in?

I took mine snorkelling with a Hero 7 and had it underwater for ages without letting any water in. Didn’t go particularly deep but it was definitely effective as a floating handle and felt confident my GoPro wasn’t going to sink off let go of it
