This herbal supplement of 60 capsules comes in a foil lined pouch which is self sealing. The pouch would fit easily through the letterbox. The recommended dose is one capsule twice per day taken with food, so the supply will last a month.The vegan capsule is filled with varuna bark and varuna powder and says that it does not contain any fillers or binders, which I consider to be a bonus. It is also free from artificial flavours, lactose, yeast and gluten.They do have a very subtle earthy smell and taste, but once swallowed leave no trace of it in the mouth. The capsules are also easy to swallow and I've had no adverse effects from taking them. I read that varuna bark is a well known diuretic ayurvedic herb. Well, it certainly seems to be having that effect.

I like the fact they have used a resealable pouch which presumably uses less plastic than a container. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. I appreciate the fact it is suitable for vegans with a vegetarian capsule. You are getting 60 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of one twice daily then they will last you around a month. Pretty good value for money. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your kidney health.
