Worked like I was 20 again just handy to have when stressed or run down after long working hours..the downside is the really nasty heartburn/wind nonsense so probably won't purchase again but does genuinely work really well.

Best taken on an empty stomach with a good 300mls of water. I think results kicked in after about 30 minutes. They do pack a punch, but checking the box they are 700mg which explains it.Didn't feel any side-effects. They seem to be reasonably priced at approx £2 each.So good all round.

These are a high dosage, so do be careful as they can pack a punch and hit a little hard after taking them.They take about 30 minutes to kick in and work very well.Great for giving a boost when working out.Easy to take and swallow.

Don't understand the good reviews.I got sent these on Vine for review purposes, tried twice.These don't compare well against other similar ones.No side effects but also very negligible effects.

But they are not medicines like sildenafil and the branded products sold by pharmacists. They are sold as if they were food supplements and make no medical claims. The descriptions, brand names, and packaging are likely to have a good placebo effect, and that's important.As usual with these products, I got help from my elderly chap who has some degree of erectile disfunction and for whom sildenafil does work. These Piramidik branded capsules contain the usual gingko biloba and ginseng in larger doses than many others. They had some effect, but not as much as some others he'd tried. There were no bad side effects, just thirst. It seems to be a good idea to take them with plenty of water. If you don't want to take an actual medicine, you could give these a try. Testing is likely to be fun, and they might work well for you.
