New Astor Chesterfield Style Sofa Set 3+2 Seater Armchair Brown Faux Leather Sofa Bed (3 Seater Sofa Bed)

I am really happy with this sofa and chair set. When my previous leather sofa needed replacing I shopped around quite a bit before finding this set. As it wasn't possible to see it or touch it I wasn't sure if it would be what I required. The sofa and chair feel great(it is faux leather and feels a bit like suede). The company contacted me by phone to say they could deliver it over a week earlier than expected. We were on holiday at the time but they were flexible about when they could deliver. Two men delivered it and removed our old sofa into the garden and set it up and removed all packaging. Very pleased with the product and the delivery service

In my experience this company make great sofas. There after sales service is poor very poor. There was a nail sticking out on one of the feet of the sofa and it ruined my laminate. They are so tight and mean they would not even give me a small discount when I bought the single chair to sweeten me up for a better review. I didn't expect compensation, but they could have got back and said here is 20% of your next order. Nope nothing, so the gear is good but the after sales service is non existent.

So I ordered this sofa a year ago. I have a very active 3-year-old and she has done everything imaginable to this sofa apart from tearing it and it still looks great after a good clean, don't hesitate to order and it arrived way earlier than the delivery date.

These arrived promptly and looked very classy. After sitting on them foe a few months, they are quite uncomfortable and could do with being a little softer and deeper. What a shame as they started off so promising.

I need not have been, the sofas are fab! Delivery guys exceptional! Sounds too good to be true but they are lovely. Firm seating which is what I wanted. Really am impressed, thanks guys!

Just received my order it’s absolutely beautiful great quality and feels and looks expensive. It arrived two days before estimated time and the driver who brought it was very helpful, quick and professional.
