This steamer is amazing. I used it on a blouse on the lower setting and it took out the creases in one pass. It is a little heavy, but not too bad.I definitely recommend this item as it cuts your ironing time down significantly. The packaging is very sturdy and looks like a designer item. It comes with a heatproof plate to rest it on and a very nice velour travel pouch.Worth every penny!

This garment steamer is hands down one of the most aesthetically pleasing travel steamers out there! The steam output is impressive, and I really appreciate the convenience of being able to switch between low and high steam settings. However, the first unit I received had an issue where the steamer would get stuck in the ironing mode after a few minutes of use, even after I reset it.That said, my experience with customer support was fantastic! Jaina from the support team was quick to respond and resolved the issue efficiently. Initially, I was concerned it would be a difficult warranty process, but they went above and beyond, following up with me and sending out a replacement immediately. The new steamer works perfectly, with no issues, and I've noticed it stays much cooler throughout use.Overall, I'm really happy with the product and the exceptional customer service I received!

To start with, the item is well packaged and easy to use. It's light, has a long enough lead to plug into the wall and doesn't seem to leak any water.So far I've ironed a work shirt (cotton) and a pair of chino trousers. In the past I've found the chino trousers difficult to iron every crease out, but with this steam iron on the low setting it made the work very easy and resulted in my chino trousers and shirt to be well ironed and with reasonable speed.There seems to be a decent amount of steam output on both the low and high setting. Though I haven't used the dry iron setting yet.The only inconvenience I can identify at this stage is the small water capacity. On the low steam setting I had to refill from full after 1 pair of trousers and half a shirt. Though, this is only an inconvenience.All together, I'm very happy with the purchase.

This steamer is just perfect it does exactly what it's meant to do. I have steamed jeans and the shirts I steamed just on hangers and it was so easy, all the creases came out with no effort.

Light and provides amazing steam

Excellent steamer, easy to use, does a great job of removing creases from shorts and t-shirts. Ideal for holidays. Had 1 minor issue, which Jaina from customer support resolved very quickly. Overall very happy with product, would definitely recommend.

Quick last minute purchase for a cruise holiday. However, great item we’ve already used multiple times. Light, easy to use in minutes.

Update: I managed to contact their customer care team direct. Their email address is in the handbook and also on the device. I've received incredible support and they've fully resolved the issue. It's quite clear this fault doesn't happen often and I couldn't see any other reported cases. They've organised the refund and return for me. I used the device twice before it had a fault and it's a great item. I'm certainly willing to give this another go. Very handy little device that irons clothes quickly. It's perfect if you don't like ironing the traditional way. Very easy to use.Serious fault on this item. Smoke was coming out and the plate has burnt. I used the item as advised then the display defaulted to dry mode and started flashing erratically.
