Stop returning it, after using it for a week trip, that's wrong.It's good, works well. It does NOT change the voltage, make sure your charger/device is compatible. For the price it's great.

10 stars because it’s a two pack, but I’d give it 100 stars if I could. I’ve used quite a few of these things over the years and this Tessan one is legit AF. It works so well and feels solid/sturdy - definitely not the rinky dink feeling you get with other brands or store bought junk.

Plenty of connections. 2 USB C, one USB A, multiple US type plug outlets. Works in most of Eurozone (we have been to Denmark, Czechia, and Greece this month). Would be perfect if the prongs folded somehow (not sure if that’s feasible however). The double pack provided one for my wife as well.

These worked very well we used them while we were in Italy and no complaints Good buy for the price..

Easy-to-use

This past summer I ordered a two-pack of the Tessan US to UK adaptor and they were perfect for our trip to Scotland. Loved the USB connectors and the extra plugs on the sides, making it so easy to plug in my various chargers. Now we are going to Germany later this year and I decided to replace my bag full of miscellaneous old/ancient EU adaptors with a two-pack of the TESSAN US to EU travel adaptor. I went with the one that features two USB-C outlets on each adaptor because so many phones, tablets, etc., now use USB-C. It was a joy to toss out all of those old adaptors and have something so simple and useful as a replacement.
