Reliable and effortless solution
When we installed this I was honestly hoping for something less dependable but this exceeded my expectations, from the moment we set it up it as been a powerhouse for our garden and home water needs, the pressure switch is amazing especially when I am juggling multiple tasks, this just takes care of everything without me having to worry.The build feels solid and it has been handling our water demands like a champ, it is such a relief to have something this reliable in place, also the overheat protection gives me peace of mind, specially during those long water sessions.

Poor quality, not well assembled.
This pump wouldn't shut off even after numerous switch adjustments. There were some loose screws on the tank and the pressure switch wasn't adjusted.

Decent water pump
As other reviewers have stated, have a check valve to get this going - not self priming. Took me quite a while to get my circular hose test setup running without it.Once going seems like it works as advertised, however, I was not ‘pressurizing’ a system so I cannot speak to whether the cut in/cut out works as advertised. I simply wanted to pump water across the farm.Pump is light weight and easy to move around. While many claim this is the sign of a cheap pump, I also consider it can be the sign of new and lightweight materials.Lots of pressure once you get it moving, and as other stated, obviously your output will depend on the depth of your input. Basic physics.I’m not a person who uses these pumps for daily workloads so I cannot speak to the longevity, but it runs quiet and smooth so I expect it will last some time.

for the price it works great
For the price that you pay, the product works great. You will need to buy replacement screws that go on the jet side of the pump. The jet inside the pump is so strong it will dissolve the screws. You need some replacement Galvanized Plugs and you’ll be set

Leaks
Purchased this unit to replace a pump and tank that I had had for over 10 years. I tried everything I could connecting my PCV pipes to the intake and the output openings. I tried plastic pipe, galvanized pipe, plumber, tape on the threads, plumbers putty on the threads, And it still leaked. So I sent it back and got a different unit.
