Factory replacement
Had a worn out driver's side carpet mat; no one had a replacement for just that one piece. This item was a perfect fit, and I guess the other pieces will be backup! Only thing missing was the tag; I removed the "FR-S" metal tag from the original; maybe I'll find a way to clip it to the replacement.
