I just learn to do boxing and this punching bag is perfect for my need. I can practice everyday at home. I have a small room, but this punching bag can be flat and store under my bed. I wouldn’t recommend this for adults at all but maybe for kids up to about 13 or so. Seems like decent quality but not very sturdy or strong

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this bag for my sons aged 10 & 13 whom recently started boxing/kickboxing classes to use for at home practice. The bag instructions were straight forward which made setup & inflation quick and easy with the included air pump. Once inflated the punch bag is about 6’ in high & came with two boxing gloves. We used water to weigh the base down.The bag is made of a thick durable & sturdy material and has been able to handle all that punches and kicks thrown at it thus far with ease. It has been able to good value for the money as it helps the work on their skills at home,keeps them entertained & work off excess energy on days they can’t get outside to play.

Not too bad for the price. The bag for boxing could be more firm. I wouldn’t recommend for an adult unless he /she is malnourished!

My son has been begging for one of these, so he can practice boxing. My son absolutely loves it. It comes with the gloves, air pump, and bag. The instructions were cut and dry and easy to follow. You can either opt to use water or sand to stabilize it. The quality was awesome for the price. It is beginner friendly

This punching bag was very easy to set u.! It takes minutes to infate and you can easily moove it from one place to the other. The bag is of a good quality. It makes working out at home super easy. Will recomend.
