Product arrived in great condition, instructions are simplified but easy to understand. Machine is easy to use once you get the hang of it. First time use was really good looking forward to seeing results. Quick tip avoid contact with tattoos for those who dont know that already.

In my opinion this item is unsafe.
When my girlfriend plugged it in there was a loud pop and a flash. She was shaken by the experience as there was a risk of a fire or possible electric shock. So I would NOT recommend this product to anyone.
