Very tasty and a great value compared to buying the smaller bags at the grocery store. Perfect for adding more fruit pieces to cereal or for camping

It is not sweet enough for my tastes so I have to add additional sweetener (sugar, honey). You do need to blend it well because it does tend to clump. Like many of these powders, pre-dissolving in room temperature liquid makes for less clumping, but it also attracts moisture from the air so storing in an air tight container should help. Slightly more work to use but beats having to buy fresh fruit and having them go bad on you.

Added the strawberry freeze-dried powder to my buttercream frosting along with a little LorAnn flavoring for my grandson’s birthday cake. It was delicious. Thought it was a good size package for the money. Though it was easy to just add to the frosting, I recommend sifting or straining when adding to something you want smooth. Smells delightful! Was a pretty pink in color when added to the frosting.

I've attached a pic of about 1/4 cup of buttercream in a 4 oz ramekin that I tried to flavor with this strawberry powder. The bag says "one scoop of powder is equivalent to 10 whole fresh strawberries". If that's true, these organic strawberries they used must be the most watery, flavorless berries. There's more than a scoop in this 1/4 cup buttercream.... and there is ABSOLUTELY NO STRAWBERRY flavor! I don't understand why some are raving about the taste and how great it flavors other foods, except that maybe this bag is old or perhaps this batch wasn't made with berries harvested at their peak of flavor, etc. It's not a 'no' but a 'HARD NO' to me ever purchasing again. So disappointed that I've wasted this much money for this. Buy at your own risk, cuz some are getting what appears to be amazing product. It seems to be a game of Russian Roulette 🤔

These are wonderful. They're fresh, tasty and crunchy. We put this in our cereals, hot and cold. I also put this in my yogurt and eat it right out of the bag too. I'm getting ready to order 2 more bags. Easy open and seal bag. Great value. The smell and taste is just what you expect, strawberries! Great quality product

I do like that this product is organic and not much more expensive when on a subscription than brands offered in local grocery stores. Also the ziplock bag is functional and does not tear apart. That said, the strawberries are very tangy and not sweet. Also not as crisp as I’m accustomed to but somewhat chewy. I’ll finish the bag but will be canceling my subscription.
