The product is of good quality and made from lightweight materials. While it’s a bit challenging to install due to its large size, it provides strong performance, effectively covering large areas and storage spaces. It’s resistant to heat and somewhat water-resistant. The remote control functions well, but adding smart app control or Alexa compatibility would enhance its usability. Overall, it’s a high-quality product that works well despite these minor improvements.

THIS FAN IS A JOKE! I wish Amazon would sell quality products. Seems like more and more of what they offer doesnt meet the advertised B/S. I hung it 10 feet up and clears the ceiling by 2 ft. You can stand directly under it and not feel any air. Plus, it is so out of balance it wobbles so bad that it hit the ceiling. Last but not least, the motor has mental quirks. It cant decide which direction it wants to go. Absolutely a JOKE. Dont waste your time or money.

This is a giant fan that takes a large room to look “normal”. Installing this giant in a 14’ x 14’ bedroom might work effectively but it will overpower the room design (in my opinion of course). This fan needs to be 12” to 18” from the ceiling to achieve enough airflow and a minimum of 7’ from the floor therefore this may not be you best choice if you have a standard 8’ ceiling. Again, I would consider the appeal (or lack thereof) of a fan this size about one foot from your head when walking in the room so 9’ and 10’ ceiling are going to provide a better installation. The fan is nicely designed and will fit almost any transitional or modern décor and doesn’t really carry a distinct design of its own that would clash with you room design. My application was for a large workshop an although the size and effectiveness is fine, the additional things that I have hanging from the ceiling potentially interfere with fan operation and it some cases I a retractable power cord would contact the fan when I am being less than observant when pulling power to the far end of the workshop or outside.Some of my observations are:PROS:• Simple design, streamlined look• Well-constructed and design for outdoor use (covered, not direct weather)• Aluminum blades wont rust and are aesthetically pleasing• Quiet, moves considerable air without any sound• Powerful motor, start quickly and runs smoothly throughout the speed range• Remote control provides for six speeds and direction of fan• Easy installation and typical of most remote controlled fans (the control receiver can be a bit of trouble if you ceiling mount is tight)CONS:• Awkward to install without an assistant. Not impossible, but not easy• It is wide enough that it covered some of my ceiling lighting creating a bit of a “strobe” effect.• Yet another remote control as it does not have an App or WiFi for remote control• Does not move as much air as you would expect. I don’t have a way of calculating the actual CFM but I have over fans that move ~950 CFM and this fan does not “feel” like it moves as much. This may be due to the VERY large area in which it covers (10’) when compared to devices like exhaust fans which are far more concentrated. I believe some of the problem may be due to the curvature (design) of the blades. In comparing to other large fans, these blades are relatively flat and a bit flimsy for their length.Although this is a very nice fan, it is too large for my workshop with electric cords and compressed air hoses hanging around so I will probably replace with a smaller fan and use this on an outdoor patioThis price point competes well with similar-sized fans of varying qualityFour stars for me

To be 10 foot wide it doesn’t move much air. I had it mounted far enough away from the ceiling and it was 10 feet off the ground and would hardly move any air. Too low of rpm for the blade angle especially for almost $800 with tax!
