Literally obsessed!
This is my second steamer. I’m an esthetician and my spa has this steamer. I will say that you always need to remove the cool handle while using the heat portion because it will crack since that part is just plastic. It also will clog if you use tap water. Always use purified water. Otherwise, this is the best value steamer for a new esthetician. Loved it so much at work that I bought my own. Do it if you’re thinking on it!

I like the style and the use of it. It’s exactly like the picture. However these stuffs are usually break down right after your returning windows expired so 3stars for now and I will update to 5 stars after 5 months of use and if it still work until then

Flimsy, cords are too short you need extensions
The light gives me a headache, the cords need extension cords in my set up - they are very short. Honestly might be the worst I’ve purchased on 25 years in the biz. Not working for me..
