Fast
Was disappointed. It will not stay in the slot where it is supposed to go. One of the little bars keeps bending and eventually will break off. Is there anything you can do for me. Thank You

Wrong description, bad product
The media could not be loaded. The item does not fit on a Mazda CX9. I also say it's a bad product because as you can see on the video the 2 parts that work together should stay together and these do not. With the slightest touch they'd come apart. Shipping back sucked because I believed the description of the item fitting my car. Never thinking I'll need to return the items, I threw away the envelope it came in and I had to print my own return label. Ups was charging me 2.99 for a required envelope and 2.99 for printing the label. This was so inconvenient. I have never gone through this with other vendors from Amazon before, this was very upsetting.

Not for MX-5 Miata
I tried this out on my '07 MX-5 with smartkey. I know it isn't listed as a supported vehicle, but the part number this is replacing is the same as the supposed part number I need and figured it was just an oversight. One of the previous reviewers even said it fit his Miata, so I took a chance to save a few bucks. Unfortunately, it really doesn't fit. It looks like it should. The design and part seem identical, however, the height of the inner piece latches is slightly greater than the one in the Miata and it would not latch in place. It is extremely subtle and I could just barely tell that the new part was taller when comparing them.I suspect a part with the shorter length that fits the MX-5 will also fit the other Mazdas and can all share the same OEM P/N. This particular part happens to be a little longer and therefore only fits a subset of those Mazdas. The part otherwise seemed fine, so I give it 4 stars. I took one star off for listing it as a replacement for the Mazda P/N that fits the MX-5. That is misleading, even though they don't specifically call out the MX-5 in the compatability. Maybe that should be 1/2 star off- half my fault for not believing the marketing :)I ultimately bought another, more expensive part that did list compatibility with the MX-5 and verified that it fit properly.

Not very durable
This product arrived quickly and definitely works as intended. However, it is not durable what so ever. I routinely purchase these about every 3 months. I wish they would take note and make a metal, higher quality version.
