One of my ears was very stopped up with a bunch of ear wax. I couldn’t hear for about 3 full days because of all the ear wax buildup. I did Deborax for 4 days inconsistently tried taking it out with the syringe that the kit comes with but it didn’t really come off with the syringe. The deborax definitely helped soften and loosen as much as possible. I’ve gotten my ears professionally cleaned out before and I came across this kit which is very very similar to what the professionals use. Trust me IT WORKS! The day I got it I used it with Luke warm water and filled up the bottle the ear wax came out super quick!! I definitely recommend purchasing this item! It’s very affordable and it will do the work. As you can see in the picture it was a big ear wax blockage that came out.

Holy moly, it worked. It took 2 attempts, but the results were great. Price was right, and it definitely worked as advertised, my hearing was improved, and if you have not done this, your ears are definitely full of junk. Pumped out 40 years of ear wax. Just do it.

I have frequent ear wax buildup that used to require me to get my ears flushed a few times a year before I got this. The power isn't as much as I need so it takes much longer for me to feel like I got everything out. I usually fill it 2-3 times for each ear. It's not powerful enough for those harder stubborn pieces. It does come with instructions on the recommended proportion of hydrogen peroxide and water (spoiler alert, you will need to get hydrogen peroxide). It's still a good device for the price.

Ordered this for my daughter and so far it works good,she had alot of wax build up and couldn't hear but after using it..she said she can hear..she also was having headaches so let's see if the wax build up had something to do with it!!

I didn’t expect much of this but wow it’s amazing! I had a huge clog of excess wax from being super congested and this cleared it right out super fast! I highly recommend!

I used the earwax removal twice first with the cup and it was difficult for one person to use. The second time was in the shower it was much easier. However my right ear is a little muffled. I still have to try to get water out of my ears by tilting w with no help.my head with a towel. I do not know how a person can do this

The ear wax removal product worked as intended. Only drawback is a small leak around the connection of the clear tube connection at the handheld base. when pushing the thumb button to put pressure on the water, the leak is noticeable. Otherwise I was able to remove a significant chunk of ear wax from my wife's right ear.
