Arrived quickly. Easy to take capsules

I decided to start taking TMG after doing some research for my training.I’m in my 50’s now and train in the gym 5 days a week, but my recovery was not as fast as I was hoping.TMG is supposed to increase muscle mass and decrease body fat all whilst improving longevity whilst training? And to be honest, I have noticed a difference in the first 30 days of use.I do seem to be recovering faster and I don’t fatigue as fast in the gym, plus, I have noticed a decrease in my visceral fat, so fingers crossed, this is doing exactly what it is supposed to do.The brand is unknown to me, I just looked at the reviews and tried my luck, but the quality does seem to be good.The capsules are easy to swallow, I take 3 capsules daily with my post workout protein shake everyday.I’ve noticed a difference, so I would recommend anyone give them a try.

Not sure this actually works but as I also take nmn and nr I added it to my regime along with resveratrol,Been using all of them for around 4 months and can't say tmg actually helps at all but I'll stick with it.Packaging isn't the best, I had a handful of capsules broken in the bag which wouldn't of happened if they were supplied in a tub regardless of what the tree huggers and eco warriors have to say,

As with most supplements of this kind,it's quite difficult to tell whether they're working or having a huge positive effect but I tend to always trust the companies to provide what they say it is.So my personal review at present would be on the convenience of taking this product. I'd have to say take the tablets are not over large and can easily be taken with water,2 at a time. Also they can easily be pulled apart and emptied into a shake or smoothie, with no unpleasant taste.So for me it has to be 5 stars for this product.

Started to take it as my homocysteine was way too high. After 3 months, I've seen a decrease in homocysteine (1 point down). I'll keep taking.

Happy with my purchase and no horrid additives.
