I love the taste and convenience of this drink. It's replaced my morning coffee and snacks during the day. I like everything about it.

I really like the new Glucose Support shake due to taste and digestibility. The flavor is bland, but I am fine with that. I drink these because I am underweight due to having an ostomy. I appreciate all the nutrients it contains. Yes, I would like to change some of the ingredients, but I am grateful for what it does offer. Kate Farms also makes medical food grade shakes to drink and for feeding tubes. I have the standard 1.0 shake, 11 oz and 18 grams of sugar. I drink both. No, they are not keto, but I do eat a healthy diet without a lot of sugar/carbs.

This drink tastes terrible. I will never order it again.

Sadly it appears the formula has changed in addition to the packaging. Only a few ingredients were different so I was hopeful, but it’s definitely thinner and tastes more watered-down now. Doesn’t even taste like a shake. Just started using this brand last month. I was so excited because I finally found a shake I could eat (digestive issues and migraines limit my options) because I need to gain weight. Maybe this will grow on me but I’m going to have to keep looking unfortunately.
