I found this really easy to use and kept it in my handbag. It is easier than swallowing or chewing a tablet. Just like a mouth freshener spray with a nice mint flavour. It tops up my vitamin D, especially during the winter months when we supposedly, according to NHS site and many others, don't get enough Vitamin D from the sunshine in the UK. I had been diagnosed with very low Vitamin D previously so now make an effort to keep topped up during the winter months. This is the easiest and most convenient way to do just that. I have bought this as a gift to give to others as well.
