Kids enjoy dressing up! It was a Christmas gift for our daughter but she lets her friends wear it too.

I purchased this dress up/pretend box for my grandchildren and they loved it. It has kept them entertained and their imagination engaged. I appreciated the quality of the items. These are well made and will last a long time.

This product is holding up very well under the hours of use.

We originally ordered this for a Halloween costume for our 2.5 yo son but tbh he has had so much fun at home with it that it makes it that much more worth it. He's short for his age (around 3 ft) and the jacket definitely is long, but a cute long (not an overly huge going to trip long). All we had to do was roll up the sleeves and he was good to go. The material is surprisingly durable and has a quality feel to it. The hat has an adjustable ring on the inside and the costume also comes with a plastic fire extinguisher, ax and an ID tag that loops around their neck.We took away the tag - moreso for overprotective parent moments (he wanted to sleep with it around his neck - big NOPE). So far he's played firefighter at least once a day since he's gotten it. Definitely worth it from our perspective - one of the better pretend play costumes that will grow with him that we've seen!

I was skeptical to purchase because of some of the reviews about the lack of durability. I purchased this for my 2 yo last minute, because he REALLY WANTED to be a firefighter for Halloween. I was pleasantly surprised by the fast shipping and quality of the product. Everything came in tact, the fire extinguisher worked great (after some operator error at first 😅 *make sure you tighten the lid good so it can build up pressure and shoot out the water!*), and after several days of play….nothing is broken. We even used the hat as a trick-or-treat bucket & still no damage!My son normally wears 3T and this was baggy on him, but he loves it & it gives him more time to enjoy it!

My 3YO loves this costumer, nowhere near Halloween yet and he won't take it off.- Pros. Lightweight coat (we're in Hawaii) so it breathes well, and is washable. Also the coat is very reflective (perfect for Halloween night). Helmet has a cool visor. The axe apparently (per my 3YO) works on everything in the house, including walls, cabinet doors, windows, etc (thankfully it's plastic!!).- Cons. The helmet clear plastic visor is a little cheap and the visor pops off a lot (plastic bolts pop out), and the water bottle leaked after a few dozen pumps, however:Born Toys said they're revising the helmet, and since they gave me a full refund (without having to return mind you) I will buy the new model once it's available, and I can patch the fire bottle myself. Their customer service and accepting feedback to make their products better is absolutely unbelievable.So 4 stars for the product, and 6 for their service = 5 star average.p.s. I added black cargo pants and snow boots (black with yellow stripe) to this costume to complete the look, and my little dude looks crazy cute!
