It’s great to see a kosher balsamic vinegar available, but it doesn’t quite match the thick, aged varieties often found in non-kosher options. This seems to be a kosher take on a high-quality standard-grade balsamic. The flavor is good—smooth and pleasant—but not particularly distinctive. The standout feature is the attractive packaging, which adds a touch of elegance to an otherwise average product.

This balsamic is very thin, not syrupy. It has a decent flavor with no off notes but is definitely on the less sweet side. May be great for salad dressings, but not great for dipping or drizzling unless you like it very vinegary.
