A Must If You Suffer From Arch Pain
Last summer I ruined my feet by living in and walking (5-7 miles daily) in flip flops. My right arch suffered the worst by wearing shoes with no support. By wearing Dr. Fredrick’s Original Arch Support Sleeves, I get the support I need in just about about any shoe I wear and no longer have the arch pain I once suffered. I have gone on to buy better (and more expensive) arch support shoes, but with Dr. Fredrick’s Arch Support Sleeves, I can wear the arch sleeves with many of my older (non-supportive) shoes and many without being noticeable. Plus the support sleeves allow me to walk around barefoot in the house. A while back, I panicked that I was down to one pair so I ordered another set. I have become very dependent on them if I don’t wear my Vionic shoes. I now use them daily and won’t do my long walks without them.

Don’t expect much
It fits my foot , but the support in the arch is not as much as I expected. I use other supports that I purchased at a pharmacy more with better results.

Good quality, helps with pain
Not sure about how long this will last for but so far it has been rather comfortable. One issue is that it is uncomfortable the first time you wear it. After wearing it for a bit you get more used to it and it provides almost instant relief for your feet.

The socks themselves slide on my foot , They feel more like stockings. I run a lot and thought these would help my arch support but they slip in my socks and don't really serve my needs

Heel pain
This sleeve helped to reduce my heel pain. I will be seeing a podiatrist anyway, but this has helped.

PAIN FREE
These are absolutely the best if you have high arches and need support. They are marked "left" and "right" so you can be assured they're on the right feet. They are skin toned so you can wear them with sandals--big plus. I have orthodics in my shoes, but you can't wear shoes to bed. You can with these--which I often have to. Of all the "arch" products I have tried (and there are many) these are by far the best!
