Well made and functional, but expensive.
The soap dispenser is made from top grade materials, perfectly finished and well-engineered. It's expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Very good but be careful with spout.
This is a replacement for another dispenser of the exact same kind. Yes, as reported in other reviews, the spout came off, hence the loss of one star. But I suspect that in my case, as in others, the spout came off because it was hit by mistake. So be careful, it is not super sturdy in that regard. But it is easy to use and has a nice sleek modern look, with high quality chrome.

Excellent Quality
Does any replacement soap dispenser warrant the Kohler premium? From a functional perspective, a plastic pump is a pump. Still, a less expensive one that I purchased had chrome that appeared "cheap" next to my Kohler faucet and had to be returned. This one costs 2x more but looks right. The installation was easy and, hopefully, this one lasts as long as the one it replaced (20 years).
