Lee makes some amazing molds...amazingly inexpensive, amazingly useful and sometimes amazingly frustrating. This mold has not proved to be the last one.I'm a new caster and my early efforts show it rather easily...also, its seeming to take me about 3 casting sessions with a new mold to get used to it and make some nice boolits. I managed to get good with this one a lot sooner!I wanted to take a picture BEFORE I did the shake and bake method of powder coating but I was tired and forgot. That is awesome by the way...get some powder coat powder (harbor freight isn't the best I've heard), get a #5 recycleable container (glad Tupperware type) and some black plastic airsoft beads... put boolits in with small amount of powder and an inch of beads and shake for a min. Then put on toaster oven pan and cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes and let it cool.Back to these...with pure lead, these drop for me at 50 grains. Right around that point. Maybe 51 but all good ones were between 50 and 51. This doesn't bother me but wanted to mention it.Love Lee molds and this one didn't let me down!!
