I bought this for my elderly father in law. It was the perfect project to keep him occupied and it came out beautifully. He was able to put it together in one afternoon and was so proud. He especially enjoyed watching the birds check out the new house!

My grandson loved the birdhouse. He put it together right away! Then he painted it. Now he is waiting for the snow to melt so he can hang it outside.

Not cedar
100% is not cedar wood. At this price I didn't expect Cedar but buyer be aware. It's actually quite a lightweight wood, easily punctured with the provided screwdriver, perhaps balsa.Otherwise, easy to put together, fun little project.
