The shampoo/conditioner works really well. I bought it specifically because I’ve had my hair Japanese straightened and keratin treated and I want to take care of it so it lasts longer. It smells like a professional scent from a hair salon. Leaves my hair, soft and light and does not take forever to dry. Some conditioners really weigh down your hair, this one does not. Definitely recommend it for hair that has been color treated or processed in someway like a keratin treatment or a perm.

Amazing! I tried so many shampoos, my hair is so dry from coloring and haven’t find a shampoo as great as this one. After one was my hair felt light and soft I definitely recommend this shampoo. I love it!

Originally, I LOVED this product. I switched from using olaplex because of cost. I loved the way it made my curls look shiny, bouncy, and hydrated. But I also noticed that I was shedding a lot more than I ever have. Didn’t mind that since I have super thick hair and I thought that maybe it was just cuz I don’t brush my hair often (except for in the shower). Then one day, I’m styling my hair with a middle part, and I noticed a massive bald spot. Then a few weeks later, I noticed another one, and they were starting to connect. I talked to my doctor and she said it could be stress, but I’m not nearly as stressed as I have been in the past, and I didn’t lose my hair then. I asked her if it could be the new shampoo/conditioner i started using around the same time I noticed these changes. She said it’s possible and suggested that I switch back to olaplex. So I’ve gone ahead and done that. I am only 24, this is not something that runs in my family, and like I said, I have incredibly thick hair! So fingers crossed I get my hair back because my curls a big part of me and are what give me my confidence. I don’t know if this is an allergy issue, but I wanted to share my story so you can keep this in mind if you notice these changes in yourself too.Update: my hair has shown improvement. I’ve been looking into this more and found that olaplex may actually be the problem. There have been reports that olaplex causes hair loss when you stop using it. So perhaps that was it. I went to my doctor, got bloodwork done, found that I have low ferritin which makes it hard for hair to grow back, so she put me on an iron supplement and gave me clobetasol to help. Fingers crossed it keeps improving!

I’ve used this stuff for years. It’s my go to shampoo. Good stuff, superior ingredients worth the extra cash. *note to company - make the conditioner bottle bigger. 😂
