You get what you pay for, good stuff.
This is some great paint I put 2 coats on my old patio looks and washed well. I'm putting a sealer on , this coming week, because I have to wash it so much, I have little dogs . Id like to add this seller knows how to ship paint I got 4 gal. None open, there was plastic stabilizers top and bottom of each, and thick snug box. Good job guys and thank you, I will buy again. The price was fair, dried in an hour. Does not come up when washed.

My choice for foundation paint. Highly recommended!
I like the fact that it has self priming properties. It is thick bodied, does not drip easily. It covers well. I wish the color was a little darker grey. I looked for other products, this fit the bill at a bargain price, with a well respected brand name. I have a high foundation, after having the house exterior painted, the foundationneeded attention as well. The foundation is mostly poured concrete but has a cement block section under the addition on the back of the house. The paint easily fills the porosity of the cement blocks. The foundation now looks clean and attractive.

Worked well
This worked well, wd had a bunch of bricks to paint. Painted my walkway (although it said not to use it on high traffic areas) and some garden bed bricks. Looks great, went on easy! The color is a bit more blue than I wanted, but it will fade eventually to the gray I was looking for.

Covers nice but thin..
Spreads nice...but it's a thin coat. Whatever your waiting, will probably require 2 to 3 coats to cover suffiently.

Great coverage Great colour Great product
Used this on cement and wood and it covered both, very well. Took 2 coats to get the coverage I wanted on both the cement and the wood, but from application to completely dry, I was finished in mere hours. And the colour is as shown: brilliant white, not "off", as some other products I've seen claiming to be "white".About 3 days after application, we had a 2-week spell of rain and to me, that was the proof of quality:Not a bit of running or residue! Absolutely perfect! Still as white and clean as it was the day it was applied. Will keep this at the top of the shopping list for future projects and I can and do recommend.

Only One Coat Was Needed!
A few weeks ago I redid my back deck which was in dire need of a makeover. I grew up in Arizona so I really wanted to do somewhat of a desert Western style. I decided to go with "tan" for my walls.I chose this brand because of how inexpensive it was to other paints like this. Because of this, I was worried that it would be thin and watered down looking. I had prepared myself to have to do 2 to 3 coats but in all actuality I only needed to do one. I was blown away by the quality of this paint, in light of the price. The color matched the product description's picture just right.I went ahead and ordered 2 more cans because I liked it so much. I plan on doing the rest of my exterior in this color. Don't hesitate.

Not very durable
This product has held up on our concrete for a year now however with the amount of foot traffic it has begun to peel up. Very easy to put the product on and dries very quickly. There is zero stickiness even when exposed to high amounts of sun however I do believe the sun has aided in the durability lacking after a year. The paint is not very thick so we had to do two coats. Reasonable for amount of money and a DIY project!
