Im seeing changes but you have to be consistent and use it everyday. Ive see a little changes within a week but of course i do believe its based on how you eat as well !

I had surgery to have my lower mandible replace and needed something to keep the bandages and skin in place. I bought this to switch out with the medical grade mass that was given after surgery. This does not fit well at all from my petite face it has a lot of give so you don’t feel As if it’s going to stay in place.

Good quality but the neck part it not good

This mask is very cheap quality, material is thin. The closure is hooked and too tight on the neck… and my neck is very thin, but cant buckle it, feel’s suffocating. It would be better to make it longer and with a velcro.Not sure it will do anything, the compression feels weak as material is thin. I will give it a try though.
