I am very thrilled with these vitamins. I started noticing improvements the 2nd day. I have tried other multi vitamins and was never impressed. However with S’moo my energy is up, improved mood, cravings down and just overall feel great. There are other products that S’moo offers. I've never had a period without being on some type of medication to make me have one. While taking this, not only have I had natural periods but it has also helped me ovulate! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Pills are smallakes easy to swallow doesn't have bad after taste

This seems to be a good blend of vitamins for women. The dose is two pills per day, so there is a 30 day supply in the bottle. I've noticed no side effects. The pills are easy to swallow and easy on my stomach when taken with food. Excellent blend of herbs as well to compliment one's healthy lifestyle. The vitamins contain a lot of B12, so I am careful to take this early in the day to take advantage of the resulting energy. Too many B vitamins before bed interfere with my sleep. There isn't any magnesium, so I take that separately at bedtime. I do prefer vitamins without stearates.

S'moo Women's Multivitamin seem to work well for me.I am a Senior woman, and my hormone balances need to be taken care of as well.They haven't made me sick and that is a good thing.

I always find these supplements interesting as it says that it is geared towards women but I have zero idea what it does. BUT this one has it separated out by what it helps with. This was good to see as I do not have the time to research every single ingredient.As for will it really do what it says? I don't know as only time and continued use will tell. BUT I could tell that it had not been tampered with as it came nicely sealed! yay!! As that really really puts my paranoid heart at ease. lolBUT please remember that everyone's body chemistry is different and what works for me might not work for you and vice versa.I did like the selection and amount of vitamins that are in there. So I am looking forward to seeing how they work out for me!

I have taking this vitamins thinking it was going to help me balance my hormones. I did my lab work and labs is out of wack.( insulin resistant is 100h and insulin intact 63h and my c-peptide is 3.63. So women please be careful I have to be admitted in the hospital to get my levels down. It’s not worth your health. So please consult with your doctor.

As a 48 yr old woman I've become interested in supplements for this stage of womanhood. These seem like a legit brand, capsules are easy to swallow and no aftertaste.
