Does it fit all kinds of toilets?

the rim on my toilet seems wider than most and it fits fine. Mine is about 1.5 to 2 inches wide and i was able to bend the light wand to fit it fine.

NO - The battery contacts inside will rust. Purchased 3/2019. It is 12/2020 and mine now just is a red light. I am unable to do anything with it. I contacted the company, and without any hassles, they sent me a brand new unit! I am going to use dialectric grease on the contacts hoping to keep the rust ant bay.

If I pay for installation, will they put in the batteries as well as hang it in the toilet for me?

If you upgrade one more time for the price of $599 you can get the strobe light option with 4 more colors and even a single battery replacement pack. Not installed of course. Expert installation will be an extra $399. Insane value if you ask me.
