Bought for son for Christmas since he got his first truck. Peace of mind. Small bag that is easy to store in his truck. Hopefully he will never have to use it.

NICE PRODUCT

Sooo...yeah. You get what you pay for, I guess. The bag itself is really nice, so I eventually will replace the contents with better quality items. Everything seems really "cheap" and like it will fall apart after one use. Still, three stars because it does come with a lot and if I ever NEED any of it, it will be there in the back of my car. Chances are I won't even need it. The jumper cables seem pretty solid, and that was the main thing I wanted as mine are 44 years old and look like they've been through wars. Ha. I wanted the kind with the plastic over the grippers so I don't have to worry about sparks. So, between those and the nice bag, I'm good. Oh, the shovel seems pretty good, too...yes, as other reviewers have said, it is small. But I'm thinking it would be better than nothing and I wouldn't want to carry a giant shovel in my small SUV. Ha. I guess the advice I'd give if you are truly concerned about emergency situations when outside "roadside assistance" range, is to maybe buy all this stuff separately and in person (so you can see the quality), then put it in a bag you could find anywhere. I wouldn't bet my life on the quality in this kit.
