Product packaging
I use this product to help balance my blood sugar. I really like the product, it works quickly and it’s not sickly sweet as the glucose tablets.However, the problem I have is with the delivery packaging. There are 12 plastic bottles in a thin cardboard box. The box was delivered in one of Amazons white plastic bags. When reaching in to the open bag, the bottles were loose in the bag and the flimsy box was in pieces in the bag. I really like the product, but this is the second order that has arrived in this condition.

too hard to open
While the flavor is nice, the cap seal is extremally hard to open. As a senior I would not recommend this for fellow seniors.

There were too many of these sent and I am stuck with years worth! Why can't Amazon just have one or two of them in the order? Also, not all natural as I had assumed..
