when you take the iron supplement it is best suggested to take with Vitamin C and also avoid taking iron supplement with calcium and magnesium supplement . Overall this product is very good and will order again .

I’ve only started taking these and I don’t see my primary for a couple months to know if my iron levels have gone up but what I can comment is that while I do take these after I eat and with a vitamin C pill, it doesn’t make my stomach hurt or nauseous! :D Previous iron pills have done so, so this is great for me.Other points:- while there is a smell to them, it’s not as potent as you’d think.- no dye!- no aftertaste
