Good value for money
I wasn't sure when I ordered this, if it would fit my RAC pressure washer. It's great, fits well if you bypass the reel holder and connect it directly to the pressure outlet. I had to pack it with a couple of rubber washers. Works perfectly with no leaks.

Works well but had to fit tap washer due to leaking concentration, once done it was fine.Should have been supplied with rubber washers.

Absolute waste of money
This product was not compatible with my pressure washer. So I decided to return. I requested a return and the company send me a label to post. I went to royal mail office and paid 6.99 to return the item on second class. Recorded delivery was more. Since the product cost under 17 pounds I decided to send on second class. I never got a refund. When I asked about it, company says cannot issue without the proof. Why can't they issue the amount if they receive the item irrespective of proof. Not worth dealing with ....
