Great Keto Jam - (And it's really Keto friendly)
I am consistently on the look for Keto products especially sweet products like jam. I found that many products labeled as "keto friendly" still have a high amount of carbs and/or sugar.The Good Good brand not only has the lowest carbs it is also one of the tastiest.At 1 net carb it's very Keto. The flavor is great and doesn't have any chemical type taste some low sugar brands have.

Tasty, but not quite Jam consistency
I bought 2 varieties. They are both delicious, especially for sugar-free. They’re not quite thick enough to be Jam, though. I would call them a fruit spread. They seem to have a lot of fruit in them. So maybe they’re better than jam. Traditional jam can have a lot of corn syrup and pectin. These are mostly fruit.

Watery
I like that it is low carb and low sugar. I don’t like that it’s watery like a flavored sweet gelatin that goes fast. You need more

The taste was great.

Great combination of flavors
This is more of a spread because it does not have a high quantity of pectin and no "gums" or other thickeners. The berries: raspberry, blueberry, blackberry, and rowanberry with erythritol and stevia. Very simple, very tasty. Keeping it in the fridge seems to thicken it over time, and I pour off and liquid (water) that will gather at the top. Combine this with a Sola toasted bagel and Irish butter and you have something to die for - and still a Keto-friendly day ahead./
