Straight out of the box I was already impressed. Didnt expect it to be as durable and well designed as it was, like the many light functions it has and very bright as well. The magnetic end is absolutely genius. The little things that's not mentioned, like the pwr button lights up green when in use, I find to be very useful as well. It will be hard to beat the quality for such little price. Depending on its life span, it's unbeatable. Well done!2nd Review..(Battery Issue) I still stand by my 1st review, but after using the flashlight, after a full charge it didnt seem to last very long at all. I did charge it to a full charge but after just a few short uses, the lights started diming quickly. I'm giving it a second charge overnight and will check the results and repost. If the battery only gives a small amount of use like my first try it could very well affect my ratings. Other than that it is a bang for your buck and a well built light.

These are some good bright flashlights. I like it.

Works great so far and is bright. The flashlight is 5 1/2 inches, which is almost too long to go in my pocket comfortably, but it's not bad. I like the fact that it is rechargeable. The magnet is useable for the side light, but not ideal for everything. I'd like to find a universal way to attach this to a ballcap, hard hat, gun, or whatever quickly and not permanently - the magnet is not it.

I use these flashlights every single night and they are fantastic. Easy to use lightweight clip on your sweatshirt or pocket and great range and visibility.

The battery life on this is not acceptable. I have run this for about 40 days now daily on my ranch. I keep a small light like this in my pocket for use all the time. I do not keep it on for extended periods, only here and there. It just doesn't last. I have had much better luck with ByLight, but they do not offer them anymore.One other thing, the little pocket clip on this light is not strong and falls off constantly. Again, other models by other manufacturers have been better.Otherwise this light has good brightness, easy to charge, nice focus for distance, and fits smoothly in a pants pocket or overall bit. Do not depend on this light.

I bought this twin pack to have a bright flashlight at home and with me, in case of emergencies. The tactical stuff is mostly marketing nonsense, the design here does look sturdy and I imagine that, in a pinch, having this in a fist could be a good deterrent... perhaps it's strong enough to break glass in an emergency even.Before I get into the bad stuff, I will say the light is bright. It is a blinding light comparable to what police officers would have. The flashing mode would definitely be disorienting at a range of around 10-15 feet (about 4 meters max, if my conversion is any good).Battery life is serviceable but, with charging taking longer than use, I reckon you may not want this as a go-to unit.. unless you're cool charging daily. I've gotten about 3-5 hours of use on and off (not continuous use).The rechargeable batteries in these STINK. I got one DOA and didn't notice for months because I was only using one. It'll work plugged into USB once disengaged from the battery compartment but the battery will not charge. Based on the low charge capacity and DOA battery, I imagine cheap batteries is how they offered these flashlights as cheap as they have. The design and quality is otherwise great but, without the option of traditional batteries, I'd skip these for something more tried and true. Sadly, these seem to be more cheap, untested, mass-produced Made In China junk.

bright light

I probably get a few hours of life on a mix of mostly low + some high mode which is a little disappointing. Additionally the light dims fairly quickly towards the end. I'd love a simple battery meter.The biggest reason I love these is the fact that it's usb rechargeable. Now I don't have to plug in the 18650 charger every so often so these stay charged up.
