This is really cute and a nice size to display - I didn’t look close enough but this isn’t two (2) boys - it’s a boy with a girl in his back in a dressMy fault but I liked it well enough to keep it anyway

Third year and it is in good shape except I need to touch up the paint.

I liked the size of the statue not too big or not too small just the perfect size . I received the statue chipped from Amazon but I noticed it wasn’t protected with enough bubble wrap or foam ok the boy at all . The girl was perfect condition because she was perfectly protected while the boy wasn’t at all ! I notified Amazon all they said let’s do a return I was thinking I love the statue and I don’t want to return it . So I notified the Alpine company behind it wow I loved their staff so nice . All they wanted was some info from like a picture of it broken, proof I purchased from Amazon and that’ it they sent a new one to my door in 100% perfect condition ! It was protected very well ! Alpine really stands behind their products ! Aldi make sure you buy a protector for statues that you can purchase at Walmart ! It really does help it from peeling off the paint ! Just make sure you worst it once a year !

Bought as a gift and she loved it. Was packed well and the color looked good. Wry nice piece for the price.

This statue was EXACTLY what we wanted for our garden where we have a decorative bench to put it on. Once we set it there (7/22), it was never moved and many neighbors commented on hw great it looked. HOWEVER, within 18 months, it pitted, peeled, rusted, chipped, and faded. The manufacturer's description of this product states, "DURABLE LAWN STATUE constructed from durable polystone with a bronze patina finish. The yard decoration is weatherproof and rust resistant for years of quality use on your lawn or in your home." We did not even get 18 months of "quality use." My husband contacted the company who reused to do anything since we had "bought it too long ago." We are disappointed that we can no longer use these statues, but more disappointed that Alpine, the manufacturer did not stand behind their product as they described it. BUYER BEWARE!

The statues are separate and can be tilted the way you want. They are very sturdy and have good definition. My only complaint is the paint work is dull and is not as nice as the photograph. The green areas are dark and not enough gold highlights are on them. I will probably touch up the highlight to make it brighter.. The faces are nice and "brass" like with a sheen. On the whole, the figurines are good, they just need brightening up. I am using them on the corner of my fireplace hearth.Update: I have uploaded two photos, a Before and After. I gave the figurines a touch up with watercolor paint. Then I found that Sharpie has pens that will work. The standard Sharpie gold can be rubbed on the finger and then onto the figurines and will duplicate the existing highlights. There is also a Sharpie Gold Paint pen that will put a bright mark where you use it. So I re-highlighted and then sprayed them with acrylic craft spray. I used Matte, but I think gloss or semi-gloss would work better. I don't know if the improvements would stand up to outside weather elements (maybe with a good coat of spray), but I am placing this on my fireplace hearth. The improvements made big difference.

I love these outdoor statues from Alpine. In addition, I have the Girl laying on her stomach and the little girl helping her younger brother read. ALL of the statues remind me of my siblings and myself. I highly recommend for your garden. They make and you smile and be happy! Reading is a wonderful joy 😊 and the statues are excellent reminders.
