The plants struggled to survive during transport, their plans are usually healthy and vibrant but when I reached out to the seller, to my surprise the response was immediate. He gave me some advise on what to do but I was still skeptical if the plants will survive. The seller took another step further and offered to replace the plants at no additional charge. I used this seller a few times before and will continue to use them. I gave them a five star for their customer service, prompt response, healthy plants and customer satisfaction.

These plants came packaged great, super healthy and huge!!! Each plant was tall and had 3+ leaves and super sturdy! They were easy to manage and look great in my tank! I can’t find any this great in pet stores- super happy!

I've ordered from this company twice and the plants arrived in great shape and good size. But on this order one of them didn't have enough roots to anchor it into the sand/gravel and just keeps floating to the top. I've tried various things to anchor it down but it's obvious it's not going to stay down. Disappointed.

This is the second time I ordered from them and if I thought the product was good before it just got better. The leaves are so large, beautiful and healthy. They easily germinate, great for beginner aquariums.

Im new to fish world and i wanted a self sustaining tank. I used regular dirt and gravel from home depot and added the plants and the water cleared up in about three days without a filter.

Plants came happy and pretty quickly. It was still moist in the bag and the roots are long and established, with one of them even having a little baby plant starting.

I was not impressed. A lot of reviews talked about the plants being a great size, some around 10” so I assumed they would be perfect for my turtle tank. The delivery date kept getting pushed back & after 2.5 weeks they arrived. The plants are still alive but small & was double packed in ziplock bags. Not the nicely sealed bags you see in other reviews.Also they came with this slip of paper basically saying if you have an issues after 2 hours that’s on you for not getting them out of the box. I don’t personally believe that leaving them in the mailbox an extra hour would hurt them when they are shipped USPS ground that is not only slow in general but unreliable with delivery.For $10 you can take a chance but the inconsistency after reading further reviews shows it’s truly a gamble.
