The prime rib was absolutely tender and delicious! The seasonings were perfect and I followed the cooking instructions for med rare and it came out Perfect!It was costly but well worth it!

This was an excellent prime rib. Just followed the directions and it turned out great. I will buy this again for any future family gatherings.

The prime rib was good, but it was really tough. There was a lot of leaders in it. Other than that it wasn’t bad thank you.

We roasted it on our slow and seer and it very tender and tasty.

I was so excited to have 2-6 pds Prime Rib Roast for Fathers Day. I was SO DISSAPOINTED ! The meat was tuff and tasteless. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ! Next time I will seek out a butcher and have it ordered.

Kansas City Steaks never disappoint. If you can’t find a roast, this is a great option. Only downside is they are a little more costly than most you would find locally. The price of convenience you might say. Arrived a day sooner than was advertised, still frozen solid.
