Took a while to adjust the different tips to enhance hearing and avoid echo and. hearing my own voice, but finally worked well.

original part and ease of installation
original part for year of vehicle, the newer version is not the same for installation, it was difficult to install ,causing a strip screw when installing. The newer version does not have the drop in version for installing, you need to remove the screws to install the non cut version and require patiences installing the screws in a tight box with little room to maneuver.
